the top of almost every page. After reviewing the
contents of your cart click on "Checkout".
The next screen allows you to sign in if you are a
returning customer or create a new user profile. We

products and books are shipped in mint
condition via the Canadian Postal Service.
All United States packages will be delivered via
the U.S.P.S. We will overnight/express orders upon request
for an additional charge. Please email

USA & Canadian orders please
allow two to six weeks for delivery. You will be
notified via email once your order has been shipped.
Please notify us if faster delivery is required, and
your order may be couried for an additional fee.
European orders take 10 to 12 weeks for delivery.
Asian overseas orders orders take 12 to 16 weeks for delivery.
When we receive your order, the full amount of the order will
be charged to your credit card. If for some unforseen reason,
part of your order is unavailable, we will refund your credit card
immediately.
Here at CraftyTraditions we stock many of the 3000+ products
we carry in our catalog. With such an incredible selection
of products, on occasion some items may not be immediately available
for shipping. In the event that items are on back-order will take
longer than 1 week to source, we will ship out the products which
are available, and at our cost ship the back-ordered products
in a second follow up shipment.
All the products at CraftyTraditions are supported by our Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee. Unfortuneately, due to copyright issues, many of the items we sell
are final sale, such as Books and Videos. Should a return be authorized, they must be returned unopened
and in resellable condition. If a product has been opened, it may only be returned for
the following reasons:
Manufacturer error (damaged materials) - A refund will be issued
only if we, or the manufacturer cannot replace the product in question.
All returns must be unopened Items in resellable condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible
for shipping costs of returned items. Please insure your returns, we cannot
be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
As we list over 3000+ unique items on our web site, carrying the largest
selection of items available anywhere, once we place an order for your
items with various suppliers it is difficult to return items to them.
Therefore, we ask that if you wish to cancel your order, you
do so within 24 hours of placing it. If you cancel your order after that time,
the cancellation will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel your order.
